Men At Work are as Aussie as they come thanks largely to their unofficial national anthem “Down Under”. But for those who haven’t heard much of their other songs you are missing out on a real treat. “Who Can It Be Now” was their first song released, in fact it was released prior to the recording of the rest of the album.
In my opinion this song is just as good as “Down Under” and showcases what a seriously great band they were. How good is it to hear a saxophone as part of the signature sound of a song like this one? Thanks to the sax it has an extremely catchy sound as well as a great vocal performance from the talented Colin Hay that you can’t help singing along to.
